ALI SPICY SOUP is a well-known delicacy in Malaysia. Ali’s with its family secret recipe developed into brand new package of soup ingredients, using high quality of materials together with the secret seasoning. Drinking this soup can warm the stomach, dispel dampness and have excellent health care effects.

Cooking Instruction

Cooking Instruction:

  • 1 packet of ALI SPICY SOUP
  • ½ Chicken cut in pieces OR 1kg of Ribs / meat
  • 5 liter of water


  1. Add 1 pkt of ALI SPICY SOUP into 1.5liter of water and boil over high fire.
  2. Once boiled, switch to medium heat continue boil for 20 mins, add in chicken or meat and continue boiling for another 20 mins (or up to 1 hour subject to the tenderness of the meat and more peppery taste)
  3. Add in the secret seasoning before serving.


* The above formula is for 2-3 servings.
